Application:

According to studies, Maitake regulates blood pressure, blood sugar and insulin levels, liver fat metabolism, cholesterol and triglyceride levels. Due to its fat-breaking effect, it can also be beneficial for weight loss. However, the most important function of the Maitake medicinal mushroom is strengthening the immune system and its anti-tumor properties. Its polysaccharide called beta-glucan activates white blood cells, macrophages, which can destroy the microorganisms that are responsible for the development of diseases and cancers.

Recommended dosage:

5 ml per day, taken in any liquid (e.g.: tea, water, fruit juice).
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage!

Contraindications:

It should be taken in a reduced dose (2.5 ml) along with blood sugar-lowering medications.
